Great cooked – even better raw. Take your taste experience to the next level by trying some of your favourite fish eaten raw. In fact they’re just as good eating (if not better) than some of their more expensive cousins.

Fish will most often be skinless boned fillets of either:
• trevally • mackerel • kingfish • kahawai • mullet
