Our Salmon is raised in rivers of constantly flowing fresh water of the Southern Alps in the Mt Cook National Park.
The wilderness, fast glacial flows and cold water produce a special salmon that is lean, non oily and has fine intra-muscular fat lines.

Skin on, Pin boned.
Minimum order is two portions.
Each portion is a minimum weight of 190gm. Often you will receive more than this at no extra cost.
Price per portion reduces the more portions that you order.
